All Insensation FS2 Frameless Doors are manufactured and delivered completely pre-engineered and pre-assembled. The pre-hung door and frame is individually packaged in protective wrapping and ready to be individually unpacked and placed directly in the rough opening of the walls. No need for sorting through boxes of parts or watching videos to install components, Insensation INTACT ENGINEERING shortens the entire installation process significantly since we do most of the work in our factory. Our easy 3-step installation process can be accomplished by any contractor who knows how to apply drywall. All other manufacturers will have you studying diagrams and videos for weeks while you assemble their complex products, and the result will probably be poor, because you bought a do-it-yourself product. Insensation doesn’t work that way.

The Leader in Universal XXL 2″ Frameless Doors just got even better.

Insensation, the only company manufacturing custom-made 2” thick XXL universal frameless doors, that are pre-assembled at delivery, is pleased to announce significant upgrades to our Frameless Pocket doors. This is the 3rd generation of our precision-engineered frameless pocket door system.

The FP2 FRAMELESS POCKET is now available with a 2” thick XXL door leaf. All other companies use inferior door thicknesses of 1 3/8″, 1 1/2″ or 1 3/4″. No luxury home should have such thin, cheap doors leafs for their pocket doors. Our 2” thick leafs with engineered acoustic cores, and our unique design to block noise in both the pocket and door leaf area, sets Insensation worlds apart from every other frameless door product. We have also upgraded our Frameless Bypass doors to 2″.

For those projects where a high-end, 2″ thick, co-planar door is required, we have created a minimalistic door line called FLUSH WITH CASING. The leafs are co-planar with the outside OR inside wall in BOTH push-in and pull-out versions.

The Flush with Casing doors can be flush on the OUTSIDE or INSIDE of the room, and be push-in or pull-out, left or right. The doors are custom made and available in ceiling high versions with a fixed panel above the door. The 2” thick doors are available with in any matt or gloss lacquer as well as 20 exclusive real oak veneers. The oak can be a vertical or horizontal texture. Insensation does not use laminates, which are cheap, imitation wood finishes usually seen low-end doors. The leafs are manufactured up to a height of 118″.

With a 30 year history of engineering high-end wood frameless doors, Insensation manufactures custom-made wall panels for those projects designed with a lot of wooden texture. Our wood veneers are sourced from Italy and are very competitively priced.

The panels are available in two thicknesses, 1/4″ and 3/4″, enabling a wide variety of design applications, with matching frameless doors and entrance doors of all types. A large range of real oak veneers is available.

Insensation does not use laminates (also called HPL), which are plastic, and generally used in low-quality projects and furniture.  Laminate doors can be found in abundance at Do-It-Yourself centers.

Insensation also has American Walnut veneers and works with the veneers from ALPI Brookside for large projects, including the veneers from Piero Lissoni.
