TWO INCH LUXURY DOORS
For those projects where a high-end, 2″ thick, co-planar door is required, we have created a minimalistic door line called FC2 which has handcrafted oak or lacquered leafs and jambs. The leafs are co-planar with the outside OR inside wall in BOTH push-in and pull-out versions. The doors are manufactured using Insensation’s INTACT ENGINEERING which saves contractors thousands of dollars in labor cost and shortens the entire installation process significantly since we do most of the work in our factory.

MULTIPLE CASING OPTIONS
The FLUSH doors are distinguished by the cubic nature and fine line design of the jamb and the leafs.  The flush casing is available in 3″ and 4″ versions, and a custom version with no casing is also available for certain configurations. The jamb is 2 1/8″ thick. State-of-the art concealed 3D concealed hinges and magnetic lockcases classify this door as a minimalistic work of art.

FLUSH ON EITHER SIDE
The doors can be flush on the OUTSIDE or INSIDE of the room, and be push-in or pull-out, left or right. The doors are custom made and available in ceiling high versions with a fixed panel above the door.

The doors harmonize perfectly with our advanced frameless line of doors. Most designers combine the FILO for room entrances with FD2 Frameless Duo for closets and FP2 Frameless Pocket for sliding doors.

REAL WOOD – NO PLASTIC LAMINATES The 2” thick doors are available with in any matt or gloss lacquer as well as 20 exclusive real oak veneers. The oak can be a vertical or horizontal texture. Insensation does not use laminates, which are cheap, imitation wood finishes usually seen low-end doors. The leafs are manufactured up to a height of 118″.
