The frameless doors are delivered standard with all components (frame, hinges, lockcase, gaskets) pre-milled, pre-assembled and pre-hung – a tremendous time saver for the contractor and significant cost savings for the client. Each door is individually protected and then packed for shipment in a wooden crate directly to your job site. Other manufacturers will send you a box of parts and a prayer and call that ‘pre-hung’.

In addition to the customization of the frame color and the door leafs in color and size (there are no standard sizes as every door is custom made), the 3D concealed hinges, magnetic lockcases and acoustic gaskets also come in various rich colors as follows:

FS1 frameless doors are available in single, double, room-high and fixed-panel combinations up to 157” (4000 mm). There are swing, slide, bypass, pocket and pivot door versions available.

We sell complete high-quality door leafs and jambs, pre-milled and pre-installed with concealed hinges and a magnetic lockcase. You only have to choose your doors levers separately. Our lockcases are standard world-wide and accept almost any lever or lock. If you select from any of our over 50 exclusive levers www.architectural-door-hardware.com, we will prepare the milling for you at no charge. Levers are available in matt chrome, matt nickel, matt bronze, brass, black, white, copper and chrome finishes. No other high-end european door hardware competes with ours which starts at $130 per pair.
9. OUTSTANDING ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE
Insensation’s Frameless Swing and Frameless Pocket doors offer a highly enhanced acoustic comfort. The specialized german door cores, the acoustic gaskets in the frames as well as the innovative drop-down door seals for the swing doors eliminate virtually all noise which can pass through the doors. This is European technology at its best. Combined with our 2″ leafs, these doors are lightyears better than american and italian productions.
10. PRIMED, LACQUER, OAK, GRAPHIC or GLASS INSERTS
The door leafs are available in primed, matt, textured matt or gloss lacquer or in exclusive real oak italian veneers. The oak can be a vertical or horizontal texture. Glass inserts and graphic designs can also be used in our frameless doors.
