All Insensation FS1 Frameless Doors are manufactured and delivered completed pre-engineered and pre-assembled. The completely pre-hung door and frame is individually packaged in protective wrapping and ready to be individually unpacked and placed directly in the rough opening of the walls. No need for sorting through boxes of parts or watching videos to install components, Insensation’s INTACT intelligent installation saves contractors thousands of dollars in labor cost and shortens the entire installation process significantly since we do most of the work in our factory. This is as easy as it gets.
2. UNIVERSAL APPLICATION WORKS ANYWHERE
Insensation frameless doors offer true co-planarity and the ability to be flush with either side of the wall and still be push-in or pull-out using the same concealed door frame. The frames can be installed in any kind of wall, drywall of any thickness, brick or block. The walls can be metal or wood stud, single, double or triple plated drywall (1/2″, 5/8″ or even Fermacell) … it all works with our uniquely engineered solutions. Our frameless doors are installed in high-end residences across the USA, Canada and Europe.

Insensation’s FS1 is advanced European frameless door technology. Our 2” door leafs provide outstanding luxury and superior sound protection over standard american doors – they are also 45% thicker than american and italian doors. The production of our frames, (available in any color for special frameless accenting) by one of the most advanced companies globally in the design and production of architectural aluminium systems, ensures their strength and the ease of detail finishing. Cheap frames are thin and, like rolled steel frames, will cause your walls to crack. Our FS1 is solid as a rock when installed.

The state-of-the-art German cores, advanced magnetic locking and 3D concealed hinge technology are standard components in our doors and allow perfect design and function for high-end projects. Our cores outperform standard door cores in swelling, impact resistance and acoustic.

In addition to the customization of the frame color and the door leafs in color and size (there are no standard sizes as every door is custom made), the 3D concealed hinges, magnetic lockcases and acoustic gaskets also come in various rich colors as follows:

FS1 frameless doors are available in single, double, room-high and fixed-panel combinations up to 157” (4000 mm). There are swing, slide, bypass, pocket and pivot door versions available.

We sell complete high-quality door leafs and jambs, pre-milled and pre-installed with concealed hinges and a magnetic lockcase. You only have to choose your doors levers separately. Our lockcases are standard world-wide and accept almost any lever or lock. If you select from any of our over 50 exclusive levers www.architectural-door-hardware.com, we will prepare the milling for you at no charge. Levers are available in matt chrome, matt nickel, matt bronze, brass, black, white, copper and chrome finishes. No other high-end european door hardware competes with ours which starts at $130 per pair.
9. OUTSTANDING ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE
Insensation’s Frameless Swing and Frameless Pocket doors offer a highly enhanced acoustic comfort. The specialized german door cores, the acoustic gaskets in the frames as well as the innovative drop-down door seals for the swing doors eliminate virtually all noise which can pass through the doors. This is European engineering at its best. Combined with our 2″ leafs, these doors are significantly better than american and italian productions.
10. PRIMED, LACQUER, OAK, GRAPHIC or GLASS INSERTS
The door leafs are available in primed, matt, textured matt, gloss lacquer and exclusive real oak veneers. The oak can be a vertical or horizontal texture. Glass inserts and graphic designs can also be implemented in all our frameless doors.
