Insensation frameless doors have been designed and engineered specifically for American construction. We have specialized frameless doors for use with US 1/2″ and 5/8″ drywall.
INTACT ENGINEERING SAVES EXPENSIVE LABOR ON SITE
All Insensation FS2 Frameless Doors are manufactured and delivered completed pre-engineered and pre-assembled. Insensation’s INTACT ENGINEERING saves contractors thousands of dollars in labor cost and shortens the entire installation process significantly since we do most of the work in our factory.
UNIVERSAL APPLICATION WORKS ANYWHERE
Insensation frameless doors offer true co-planarity and the ability to be flush with either side of the wall and still be push-in or pull-out using the same concealed door frame.

Insensation’s FS2 is advanced European frameless door technology. Our 2” door leafs provide outstanding luxury and superior sound protection over standard american doors – they are also 45% thicker than all other frameless doors.

Our cores outperform standard door cores in swelling, impact resistance and acoustic performance. We provide engineering that far exceeds steel-frame and poorly engineered frameless doors. Insensation frameless doors integrate perfectly with recessed baseboard solutions.
AESTHETIC CUSTOMIZATION OF DETAILS
All our frameless doors can be customized to fit the aesthetic of the architectural project. State-of-the art concealed 3D hinges as well as magnetic lockcases and clean-line design classify this door as a minimalistic work of art. In addition to the customization of the frame color and the door leafs in color and size (there are no standard sizes as every door is custom made), the 3D concealed hinges, magnetic lockcases and acoustic seals also come in various rich colors.
COMPREHENSIVE VARIATIONS FOR HIGH-END ARCHITECTURE
FS2 frameless doors are available in single, double, ceiling-high and fixed-panel combinations up to 157”.
ARCHITECTURAL DOOR HARDWARE PRE-MILLED AT NO COST
If you select from any of our 75 exclusive hardware options www.architectural-door-hardware.com, we will prepare the milling for you at no charge. Levers are available in matt chrome, matt nickel, matt bronze, brass, black, white, blue, green, red, copper and chrome finishes. No other high-end european door hardware competes with ours in price or quality. We have a unique range of milled handles and flush handles.
OUTSTANDING ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE
Insensation’s Frameless Swing and Frameless Pocket doors offer a highly enhanced acoustic comfort. The specialized german door cores, 1/4″ skins, the acoustic seats in the frames as well as the innovative QUIET-SEAL™ for the swing doors eliminate virtually all noise which can pass through the doors. This is European engineering at its best. Combined with our 2″ leafs, these doors are significantly better than all other frameless doors.
PRIMED, LACQUER, OAK, GRAPHIC or GLASS INSERTS
The door leafs are available in primed, matt, textured matt, gloss lacquer and 20 exclusive oak veneers. The real oak (we do not use plastic laminates) can be a vertical or horizontal texture. Glass inserts and graphic designs can also be implemented in all our frameless doors.
