PRE-CONFIGURED
When you order Insensation doors, you will get a choice of thousands of configuration options for dimensions, finishes of the door and frame, extensive hardware and locking, glass inserts and a range of milled and flush handles. Each door is unique and a work of art.
PRE-HUNG
This term is thrown around a lot in the door industry. To us, it means the door is hung in the door frame and delivered that way. Other companies consider simply cutting the pieces to size, but not hanging them, to be pre-hung. Not so.
PRE-ASSEMBLED
Insensation doors are delivered with all the hinges, lockcases, acoustic gaskets and drop-down seals pre-assembled in the door. This saves the client thousands of dollars in installation costs, and ensures nothing is missing at delivery and ensures that the installation will be perfect, as we check it in our factory before it leaves. This is an expensive feature we build into every door we manufacture. Other companies will send you boxes of frames, leafs, hardware and maybe a video and a prayer. Please note that we pre-assemble everything which is possible without causing damage to your doors during transit. Door levers are pre-milled but not pre-installed as they would not allow flat packing of the doors and would cause damage. Each door is individually wrapped in protection and placed in a wooden crate.
