One Beverly Hills is a $10 billion, 17.5-acre redevelopment on Wilshire Boulevard rising at the gateway to the city’s luxury corridor. The project comprises an Aman Beverly Hills hotel with two Aman branded residential towers housing 200 ultra-luxury condos. Designed by Foster and Partners, the project is the largest residential development in the United States at the moment. Construction began early last year and is targeting completion ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. The condos are being marketed from $20 million to over $40 million.

Insensation’s 3rd generation, advanced frameless doors were specified for this luxury development. The sophisticated design is using Insensation’s distinctive doors in various typologies and dimensions. An architect curated selection of high-end hardware will accompany the Insensation frameless doors, creating a minimalist lux environment seldom seen in residential condos.

The residence listed for $7.7 million and is sold.

The genius Southern California interior designer Hawk + Co just relocated to a new facility in Laguna Beach.

Insensation has the honor of working with Hawk + Co and their award-winning designer, Summer Jensen, on a few projects in Southern California this year. Jensen’s work impressed us at first glance with her detailed planning and design and synergy with our own appreciation of luxe minimalism. Thoughtful sustainable materials, white oak floors, polished plaster, dark bronze, ultra modern amenities – are all apparent in her impressive works of art.
